Payments and Donations
All donations are non-refundable, so we encourage donors to review the details of any donation before agreeing to it.
For questions or concerns regarding donations already made, we require a written request sent via email to yayasan@andrawina.org within seven (7) days of the donation date. Please include the following information in your email:

If you wish to cancel your monthly pledge donation to the Abhi Naya Andrawina Foundation, you can do so by emailing us at yayasan@andrawina.org at least 30 days before your next monthly pledge donation is scheduled to be processed on the 28th of each month. However, if you email us and your monthly pledge donation has already been processed, there will be no refund for that month’s donation. Your cancellation request will be effective the following month.
